"If you liked the material on Jeff's first DVD, then you are going to absolutely, positively love the material on the second one. He's taken KB juggling, not to another level, but to another planet altogether. There is enough new material here to keep you busy non stop for weeks."—Mike Krivka, RKC
"H2H II is American ingenuity at its best. You will not believe the things one can do with a kettlebell! Awesome for conditioning and resilience!"—Pavel Tsatsouline, author of The Russian Kettlebell Challenge
To the best of our knowledge, Jeff Martone is the only person outside Eastern Europe who practices the lost art of Kettlebell Juggling. On this rare DVD he demonstrates 50 innovative and progressively challenging H2H Kettlebell drills that will catapult your explosive strength, stamina, hand to eye coordination to a whole new level.
Martone is a former senior instructor of the Agent Candidate Physical Training Program for the nuclear security teams of the US Department of Energy. One of the first Americans to be certified as kettlebell instructors, Jeff successfully implemented kettlebells into the program. Then he started developing the H2H KB drills featured on this DVD.
When Martone took the position of the Physical Training and Combative Coordinator at the Direct Action Resource Center, the largest urban warfare training center in the US, Jeff started teaching the H2H kettlebell techniques to various federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. They were an instant hit among the people who rely on their conditioning for their lives, which has prompted the production of this DVD.
The H2H drills will add a new dimension of variety, enjoyment, and intensity to your current high-repetition Kettlebell routines!

Over 80,000 fitness buffs crowded the Arnold Fitness Expo this weekend, agape to check out the babeolicious eye-candy, the monstrous steroidal hunks, the shiny new exercise gizmos and the latest parade of protein bars.
In all of this Carnie-madness, the handful of genuine studs and hardcore iron 'n strength enthusiasts, stood out like a sore thumb.
Arnold makes appearances at the Expo with the suddenness of his entrance in the original Terminator movie. He moves through the exhibitor lanes at a rapid click, pausing momentarily here-and-there, but mainly just "showing himself." After all, how many more fat-free bars does he need to stop and examine?
This year was no exception.
Until he arrived at the Dragon Door booth.

Suddenly on Sunday morning, Humvee-sized bodyguards started parting the crowds like Moses at the Red Sea. And after a brief stop at the U.S. Marines, Arnie headed our way. Last three years, frankly, he scooted straight past us. (Humph!)
But this time, Arnie was stopped dead in his tracks, transfixed and fascinated. Ace urban warfare specialist and Certified Kettlebell trainer, Jeff Martone, was tossing kettlebells from hand to hand with effortless mastery.
But Arnie knew just what he was seeing: the skill, the strength, the application. And Arnie would know the benefits: a rock-hard body, an ironman's endurance, the explosive capability of a wild tiger.
I am here to witness, it gladdened the old Terminator's heart, I can tell you.
Arnie stepped over to Jeff, grabbed and shook his hand, congratulated him and told him how happy he was to see these great old strongman techniques being brought back into style. Arnie told Jeff he just loved to see that old school power and grace back in action.
Awesome!
And so right. It wasn't just Arnold. The accolades and interest poured in from those-in-the-know, so starved at the Expo for genuine hardcore fitness resources.

And no doubt about it, Jeff Martone and his flying kettlebells were THE sensation of the 2003 Expo.
If you are still one of the laggards who hasn't got with the program, shame, double-shame and triple-shame on yer! For heaven's sake, man, what's wrong with you? Order your bells today and get going!
And if you are already well versed in the kbabes, then time to move on up into Jeff Martone's amazing Hand-to-Hand drills. You owe it to yourself!
Best in training,
John Du Cane, Publisher
Here is some early praise for Jeff's video:
"Exceptional conditioning while having a great time - this is what Jeff Martone's video is all about. The H2H KB drills are addictive, you will not want to put your kettlebell down."
-Pavel Tsatsouline, the author of The Russian Kettlebell Challenge
"Jeff is one of those rock-tough guys who does incredible things quietly and without fanfare. Juggling and catching kettlebells in his new video, he never once mentions that he is reviving a great lost art of 19th-century strongmen, that he is being filmed in a high tech anti-terrorist training camp, or any number of other things that a lesser man might say in order to impress. He just demonstrates the drills with clarity and precision. The result is impressive - impressive enough to stop a busy Arnold Schwarzenegger in his tracks at the recent Arnold Classic. I highly recommend this video for anyone who has mastered the basic kettlebell drills and who wants to take their grip, abdominal, and coordination training one step further."
-Rob Lawrence, PA
"Jeff progresses through the exercises in a logical progression that is easy to follow. Each exercise is demonstrated from two angles, so that is easy to see the different aspects clearly. If you thought that you have outgrown your lighter kettlebell, you had better dust it off...you are going to need it! The material is geared toward anaerobic conditioning. Jeff has created drills that flow seamlessly together in many combinations, making it possible to alter the intensity while remaining in constant motion. The exercises are challenging, different, and fun! I have always enjoyed kettlebell lifting, but Jeff's unique approach has added a whole new dimension of possibilities to my training. Did I mention that it was fun!?"
